羯耻那

(sa) khaṭṭika. Lictors in hades; possibly from the root (sa) khād, to devour; also 羯耻羅; 伽絺那; it is also defined as 'dog-cookers', butchers, hunters, those who live by killing and selling animals, persons of very low caste.
